Benson Blakes & Bar Grill

Benson Blakes offers a hog roast, BBQ and informal dining experience which is a cut above the ordinary. We use superb local produce as much as we can and even grow a lot of our own. For our Hog Roasts, we only use Suffolk free range pork which we know has been raised to the highest possible standards. We then inject it the night before with Aspalls Cyder so that when cooked, the pork is extra moist and tasty. We score the skin and rub in Malden sea salt then baste it with our homemade rosemary oil, which adds to the porks delicacy and succulance. It is then slowly cooked on site whilst we prepare the
salads so they are as fresh as possible.

To compliment our great food, our staff are always willing to go that extra mile to ensure that your event is a success. From the start, you will deal with a manager who will oversee everything; the forward planning and the day itself

We can add to the Hog Roast experience with canapes, desserts and a full drinks service including great mixologists offering a cocktail menu. We can combine the Hog Roast with our BBQ menu, our Man with a Pan ( huge paella pans and woks ) or the various other styles of informal dining that we offer so you and your guests can have a truly relaxing day, secure in the knowledge that you are in professional hands
